This here is the rules, you must follow them exactly how they say otherwise it'll cost you alot when disobeying them! If you do disobey them more than 3 times your automatically banned from the site for a week or sometimes more depending on the rule at stake. So please take this seriously and make sure to read all of them.
[li]From newborn player and up you may own a house, apartment or if you go to college you can share a dorm room with another player.
[/li][li]Prelimary group and up may own a farm, they may do as they like with it. As long as its not a slaughter factory or something cruel. They can have it as a public boarding stable, a lesson farm, maybe a adoption farm or just a plain backyard barn it all depends on them.
[/li][li]When farms are alowing boarders to come the limit of boarding cost must be $100 and below. If over $100 staff member advises you to change it to the right price. If you need help detirming the price for you farm ask someone on the Out of Character board.
[/li][li]Houses may be a small ranch house, to a 3 story mansion. I wouldn't advise a person who is poor and lives alone to have a mansion. You may sell your house to someone if you wish to move into a farm when at the post limit for getting a farm. You can also sell your house to the bank.
[/li][li]Appartments may be owned by single living people or shared with one other roomie. Their is only two bedrooms in an appartment, there can be a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There will be no dining room or lounge that your character can go to when living in an appartment.
[/li][li]All dorm rooms at the State college have one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has two beds a closet and a desk with a fridge. The bathrooms are a small shower, no tub; a sink and toilet.
[/li][li]When living in a house, farm, and appartment your character must be 18 years or older, but if they live with an adult that is fine.
Horses and where they are kept
[/li][li]Horses must be kept at a barn at all times!
[/li][li]There will be no horse that lives in your driveway or out in the park. That my friend is called lottering and also a inhuman act to keep a horse without shelter.
[/li][li]When joining and your character gets a horse you must find them a suitable boarding establishment for them to keep their horse/pony at.
[/li][li]You must pay the boarding fee when the owner of the farm says too. They do have the right to eliminate your horse from the farm and also notify a staff member.
[/li][li]With the consult of the owner of the farm, you may work out a deal of less amount of board fee if they work it off or something like that. No you may not offer a person $50 when they only do the stalls twice a week.
[/li][li]When working out a agreement both players must agree, and also the price can only be lowered down to $200 no less.
[/li][li]All boarding fees for any farm must be payed on the first of every month.
[/li][li]If you have any further questions ask Maggie or one of the staff members.[/li][/ul]
I or a another staff member will add onto these rules when we think it should be added to and when we do we will send out a notice to all the players. Have fun!
RPG RULES
- You can not powerplay/godmoding at all. If you don't know what this means then ask someone what it is. (:
- When joining you must fill out the form entirly and also activate your account before doing anything. It is nessacary so that you cannot post without activating your account.
- Please keep cussing as a minimal that means saying the F-bom everywhere is unexceptable we do have younger players and its not the greatest thing to do when they're reading your post and your droping words they've never heard of before then start saying them to their moms (;
- Keep the post clean if your character wants your horse to breed just ask the player who owns the stud if you can pay the amount needed then make sure the person knows and you can just have your mare pregnant with the consultment of the other player. Please let staff know so they may subtract money and make the foal.
- Keep everything neat, and in order. If everythings everywhere and you have about 600million post about your characters everywhere then the staff has to clean it up and make sure everything is in order. Below your human/horse information write the status, records and such underneath so when were looking up something it'll be all in order and easy to find.
- Follow the rules at all cost; I don't care if so and so says its fun to spam the chat box don't do it!
- You must post 150 words or more. If you don't we will edit it so you can't create a post without 150 words per post.
Joining Rules
- When you are joining make sure to fill out the character form that is found in the Joining board. Read what the form says then do as it says. When you have completed the task and I see it, then I except it will be moved into the members board where you will be given a sub-board of your own use. You may look at others to see what to do once you get to the stage.
- You may make as many humans and pets as you want in this game as long as they are all up to date with roleplaying.
- After making one free horse you must pay $100 everytime you make a horse or buy/adopt one.
- You may make as many Human characters as you would like and you may have your characters own as many horses as you'd like. As long as they all are roleplayed atleast twice a month. If you don't want them anymore you have the choice to delete them or if they are a human put them up for adoption. Horses can be sold off at the auctions or private sales pets may be given to the adoption agency or sold off as well.
Character Rules
- If you have a character who is pregnant they must be pregnant for atleast one week in real time and when the baby is born it must be born in the hospital not at their home. Let staff know so we may make the babys stats.
- Your characters may own as many horses as they want but you must understand that if they own a house/appartment they must pay board at a local farm. You can only have a farm once you reach the 350 post limit or the Premilimary group. Some staff members may be able to have a farm, but they must reach the limit of 350 post as well.
- When a baby is born they must be a baby for atleast 2 weeks real time then they may age as you wish after that.
- When your characters birthday comes along you must automatically change their age to the present age they are now when need be. Say if Stacey's birthday is August 12th and she was 20 You would change her age to 21 when August 12th of the year goes round.
- Although you may change your characters age as much as you like but they must only go higher you can never underage your character as it doesn't actually happen that way in real life.
- You may add onto anything on your character information although it must be approiate.
- NO sexual content is alowed on this site and will ever be. It makes it a safer and better place for any age rper. If I see sex in this roleplay you will be banned for a week and your threads will be closely monitered.
- At age 60-85 your character has until his/hers last breath. Please no 1000 thousand year old grandma please (:
Horses/pets Rules
- You are alowed to have cats, dogs, horses as you wish.
- After making one free horse you must have $100 to make others, if you don't want to lease/adopt/buy.
- If you want your horse/dog to be a stud put it up on the Ads board where you can make up a flyer for your stud horse/dog, for sale horse/pony/pet, leasing out ponies, lessons, boarding ect.
- You must adopt a horse/pet/pony atleast once while rpg on this site it makes it alot more fun to take care of your own horse/pony/pet that needs your help.
- At the age of 25 your horse must be retired from showing
- At the age of 0-45 your horse can be deceased and put into the graveyard so we know who and what died. It makes it easier. You must tell a staff member which animal/character died so then we can put it on it.
- At age 15 your dog/cat must be deceased or with Maggie's consult a year or two older.
Jobs/Money
- If you want some money coming in you must have a job, and to do that you need to look around at the different threads that show jobs. Due to new money system it will only be an extra $5 every week but it adds up in the long run.
- You are payed $5 every week when you have a job.
- Although we are not countable for if a player pays you for working at their farm or something.
- Update how your money is doing in the Bank Account Board such as if you are buying grain and so on you must write it somewhere so staff may deduct the money.
- If you stay active every month you are given $100 free.
- You may also get money from winning shows, races, or from contest.
